Mandatory Conditions
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule.
The Prevention of crime and disorder.
- CCTV cameras must be operational whilst the premises is open to the public and maintained in good working order.
- External CCTV must be installed by 24/11/2005
- Designated Premises Supervisor must be a member of local pubwatch scheme.
The Prevention of public nuisance.
- Windows must be closed and locked during times when musical entertainment is being provided.
The protection of children from harm.
- Children must be accompanied at all times by an adult.
- Children must not be allowed in the bar area.
- Children are not allowed on the premises after 7pm.
The premises may be open for one hour following the opening hours set out above on the following occasions:
- Christmas Eve
- Boxing Day
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday at May Bank Holiday, Spring/Whitsun Bank Holiday and every August Bank Holiday weekend;
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday at Easter Bank Holiday weekend.
and on these occasions all licensed activities may be conducted for one hour following the times the licence authorises the carrying out of those activities.
