Mandatory Conditions
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:
- At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
- At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
The premises may be open for one hour following the opening hours set out above on the following occasions:
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday at May Bank Holiday, Spring/Whitsun Bank Holiday and every August Bank Holiday weekend;
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday at Easter Bank Holiday weekend.
- A further additional hour every Christmas Eve
- A further additional hour every Boxing Day
and on these occasions all licensed activities may be conducted for one hour following the times the licence authorises the carrying out of those activities.
Regulated entertainment may be conducted indoors only.
Live music may be performed by no more than 2 entertainers.
Prominent clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.
The maximum number of persons permitted in the lounge shall be sixty and the maximum number of persons permitted in the bar shall be sixty.
