MANDATORY CONDITIONS

- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

(1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.
(2) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.
CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

- regular liaison and cooperation with North Wales Police and the Local Authority in all related matters, and the store refusals book to be made available at their request.
- records to be kept of staff training and of checks made to monitor staff compliance in relation to the sale of age restricted products,
- a digital, colour hard disc CCTV system to be installed and maintained in good working order. Recordings to be kept for a minimum of 28 days and made available for inspection by Police or Local Authority upon request,
- Cameras to monitor both the interior and exterior of the premises,
- There must be a minimum of one member of staff trained and available to download evidence at the request of Police or Local Authority,
- Premises to adopt the Challenge 25 age verification policy and restrict acceptable forms of proof of age to those detailed by the Home Office guidance.
- Premises to be alarmed and at night time shutters in place.
