Additional Conditions

• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  - Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  - No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence

  a.              At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,

  b.              At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  - Disc jockeys must ask customers to leave the premises quietly.

   

  - Live music shall be limited to maximum of two performers.

   

  - Notices must be displayed at exits requesting that customers leave the premises quietly.

   

  - CCTV cameras must be operational whilst the premises are open to the public and maintained in good working order.

   

  - All instances of crime and disorder must be reported to the police and an incident log book kept.

   

  - Free drinking water must be made available at all times the premises are open to the public.

   

    - During regulated entertainment, staff must monitor noise levels at the boundary of the premises and take appropriate steps to prevent nuisance arising.

   

  - A no smoking area must be provided in the premises.

   

  - Soft drinks and non-alcoholic drinks must be made available at all times

   

  - A recognised Proof of Age Policy must be enforced.

   

   

   

• ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

   

  - For statutory bank holiday weekend periods (Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday) and for the Thursday before Good Friday and for Christmas Eve and on St. David's Day, St. Patrick's Day, St. George's Day and St. Andrew's Day the opening hours and hours during which licensable activities (excluding late night refreshment) may be conducted will be extended by one hour.

   

  - Consumption of alcohol will be permitted in the beer garden until 11:00pm and the area must be closed by 11:30pm each night.

   

  - Noxious smells are not permitted so as to cause nuisance to nearby properties. The premises are to be properly ventilated and kitchen extraction units filters changed frequently enough to prevent nuisance.

   

  - Noise and vibration shall not emanate from  the premises so as to cause nuisance to nearby properties. Doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment takes place or noise limiters shall be used on amplification equipment at the premises.

   

  - The placing of refuse, such as bottles, into receptacles outside the premises shall take place at times that will minimise the disruption to neighbours.

   

  - The Designated Premises Supervisor shall be an active member of the Pubwatch Scheme.
