Mandatory Conditions
- Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed in the licensed premises.
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
- The premises licence holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.
- The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.
Conditions consistant with the operating schedule
- CCTV must be installed on the premises and include coverage of the cash tills.
- CCTV footage must be retained for 31 days and be made available to the Police and authorised officers of the council upon request.
- Notices to be displayed inside the premises stating that it is an offence for any persons under 18 years of age to purchase alcohol.
