Mandatory Conditions
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule.
- Live music is resticted to a maximum of two performers.
- No irresponsible sales promotions or discounted prices of alcoholic beverages shall be offered to customers.
- Prominent clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public torespect the needs of local residents and to leave the area quietly.
- Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby properties.
- The normal hours under the terms of the premises licence at which licensable activities are permitted to take place shall be displayed on or immediately outside the premises.
- The placing of refuse, such as bottles, into receptacles outside the premises should take place at times that will minimise the disturbance to nearby neighbours.
