Mandatory Conditions
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:
- At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
- At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
- A digital, colour hard disc CCTV system must be installed and maintained in good working order.
- Recordings must be kept for a minimum of 28 days and be made available for inspection by Police or Local Authority upon request.
- Premises must be an active member of a local Pubwatch Scheme.
- Anyone who appears to be under the age of 18 and who is attempting to buy alcohol must be required to produce proof of age before such sale is made.
- All incidents of crime and disorder must be kept in a log book.
- Prominent, clear and legible notices must be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.
- Regular external checks must be made to ensure that noise from regulated entertainment is not causing a nuisance to local residents.
