  A full risk assessment shall be provided prior to the event and cover all relevant matters as detailled in "The Event Safety Guide" (ISBN 07176 24536). The risk assessments shall be to the satisfaction of the Head of Public Protection or his nominated Officers.

   

  Maximum capacity shall be restricted by the issue of tickets to no more than 4000 people on the day.

   

  Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

   

  No under 18's admitted on the Friday night performance.

   

  Areas serving alcohol are restricted to over 18's.
