Mandatory Conditions
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.
(2) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.
Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
- A digital colour hard disc CCTV to be installed and remain operational whilst the premises are open to the public.
- The CCTV must cover the counter area of the premises
- The CCTV system must be maintained in good working order and recordings to be kept for a minimum of 28 days and made available for inspection by the Police or local authority upon request.
- The sale of alcohol must only be made in conjunction with the sale of food that is to be home delivered.
- The Challenge 21 scheme must be operated at all times.
- The front of the premises will be regularly cleared of litter.
- A litter bin shall be provided near to the exit of the premises.
