Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
- On Friday, Saturday and Sunday on Bank Holiday weekends the premises may be open to the public for 30 minutes following the hours set out above.
- On Friday, Saturday and Sunday on Bank Holiday weekends the following licensable activities may be conducted for 30 minutes following the times the licence authorises those activities:
- live music
- recorded music
- provision of facilities for making music
- supply of alcohol
- Regulated entertainment may be conducted indoors only.
- Live music may take place in the bar area only.
- The normal hours under the terms of the premises licence at which licensable activities are permitted to take place must be displayed on or immediately outside the premises.
- Prominent, clear and legible notices must be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.
- The placing of refuse, such as bottles, into receptacles outside the premises must take place at times that will minimise the disturbance to nearby properties.
- Noise and vibration must not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby properties.
- The Designated Premises Supervisor must be a member of the local Pubwatch Scheme.
