Mandatory Conditions
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence
a. At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
b. At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule.
- CCTV cameras must be operational whilst the premises are open to the public and maintained in good working order.
- CCTV must be capable of recording sound and vision.
- CCTV recordings must be kept for 28 days and be available for inspection upon request by police and authorised officers from the Licensing Authority.
- The premises will be regularly monitored to ensure there is no disturbance caused by noise.
- The area immediately outside of the premises will be regularly cleared of litter.
- All persons appearing to be under the age of 21 will be checked for i.d.
