Mandatory Conditions
- Every retail sale or supply of alcohol made under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
- No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:
- At a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of it or,
- At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made
a. By the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC,) where the film has been classified by that Board, or
b. By the Licensing Authority where no classification certificate has been granted by the BBFC, or, where the licensing authority has notified the licence holder that section 20 (3) (b) (74 (3)(b) for clubs) of the Licensing Act 2003 applies to the film.
Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule
- A digital, colour, hard disc CCTV system shall be installed and remain operational whilst the premises are open to the public and maintained in good working order. Recordings to be kept for a minimum of 28 days for inspection by the police or local authority upon request.
- CCTV cameras to include coverage of the bar servery in the members room, the bar servery in the function room and the front garden area.
- Prominent clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the area quietly.
- Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 and who is attempting to buy alcohol must be required to produce proof of age before such sale is made.
- The placing of refuse, such as bottles, into receptacles outside the premises shall take place at times that will minimise the disruption to neighbours.
- When live entertainment is being provided, doors and windows should be kept closed, apart from the purpose of entry and exit.
- No beverages to be taken to the smoking area at the rear of the premises.
